Czech Republic – Karlovy Vary, 2018

The proposed project addresses the family house of one dwelling unit. On the plot k.ú. Prohor was the original house that was in disrepair and was taken down under demolition notice in August 2015. New single-family house in shape based on the original building historically linked to the personality of the writer Karel Capek.
