Czech Republic – Karlovy Vary, 2021

The house is located in the village of Stedra, Karlovy Vary region. This is the area behind the village of Prohoř on the banks of the Horní Hradecký. An asphalt driveway leads to the plot. The plot is located at a slight incline towards the pond. Thus, the building was positioned taking into account the best conditions, which were obtained on the basis of engineering and geological surveys.
